Operational Delivery

When the answer requires people on the ground.

The smallest of the four pillars, deliberately. We provide delivery where an assessment genuinely calls for it, and we have no commercial reason to conclude that it does.

We are not a guarding company

No manpower contracts to protect and no margin on a recommendation. That is what makes "you do not need this" a sentence we can afford to say.

01
Service

Why this pillar is the smallest.

We are not a guarding company and we do not want to become one. A practice that sells manpower has an obvious reason to recommend manpower, and that is exactly the conflict this business was set up to avoid.

There are still engagements where the honest answer involves people rather than a report: an event with a defined risk, a principal travelling somewhere difficult, a site in the weeks after an incident.

So we do provide delivery, on two conditions. It is scoped by the same consultant who assessed the risk, and we will say plainly when the assessment does not support the deployment you have asked for.

02
Method

Four formats.

Delivery 01
Event and venue support

Security management for a defined event, working to a written operational plan rather than a headcount somebody guessed at.

Delivery 02
Close protection coordination

Where a principal needs protective support, we specify it, select the team and hold the standard. Delivered by named operators, vetted by us.

Delivery 03
Provider specification & oversight

More often the right answer: we write the requirement, run the selection, and audit the provider you appoint. You keep the commercial relationship.

Operational

Scoped by the person who assessed the risk.

Every enquiry is read by the consultant who would do the work. No qualifying call with an account manager, no form that routes to a shared inbox.
