Local government and public sector
Public realm schemes, Martyn's Law duties across a mixed estate, and the assurance evidence your procurement team needs before it can award anything.
Insurance, Cyber Essentials, data protection position, vetting, social value and references are published on the site, not requested by email.
What this buyer is worried about.
The audience we are best suited to.
Local authorities are the audience this practice is best suited to, and the one most poorly served by the market. Large consultancies price for corporate clients and do not enjoy committee cycles. Product suppliers will happily specify their own products. Neither is what a borough needs when it is trying to make a town centre both open and defensible on a fixed capital budget.
We understand how a scheme actually gets approved: the officer report, the member briefing, the conservation objection, the highways comment, the residents' association. Technical advice that ignores that process does not get built.
On Martyn's Law, the authority problem is scale rather than complexity. Most councils control more in-scope premises than they think, and have not worked out where the duty sits when a hall is hired out to a third party.
Designed to be open. Assessed to be defensible.

The assurance evidence is already published.
